Nina’s cookbook: Tailgates to Touchdowns: Fabulous Football Food, has been featured in hundreds of newspapers nationwide as well as many national magazines, including: Southern Living, Mid-West Living, and The Southern Lady.

Nina writes a monthly food/recipe column in The City Revealed magazine. This magazine is distributed throughout the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area.

Previously, Nina wrote a bi-monthly food column for The Woman Today magazine, which was also distributed throughout the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area.

Listen for Nina on KISS Radio (96.5 FM) each month with Kat and Andy.  She’s one of the Country Cooks on Thursday mornings at 7:30 a.m.
